The Shakes Game (the “Game”) is hosted by Feedmee App Pty Ltd, Trading as The Uno Group & Co (the “Sponsor”), and is not affiliated with any other company.

Top Prize

Top winner of the Shakes Game will win 25,000 points.

Apart from winning the Top Prize of 25,000 points, users can still win smaller prizes, ranging from 3 point to 200 points.

Eligibility

To be eligible to win the 25,000 points:

• the participant must be over 18 years old

• the participant must reside in Australia

• the participant must have an active ReceiptJar account, with no bad records in the past, i.e. attempts to game the system

• the ReceiptJar account must be in the name of the participant

• the participant must have the designated minimum of 300 points in the account

How to Participate

You earn at least 1 Shake every week by uploading an approved receipt. The shakes will keep accumulate until used. Users can play the Shakes Game whenever they want up to a maximum of 10 Shakes a day.

Selection and Notification of Winners

Winners are randomly selected via an electronic draw from the list of eligible participants. The winner of the smaller prizes (below 200 points) will get the points immediately. Top Prize winner will be contacted via Email if won.

Terms & regulations

Feedmee App Pty Ltd trading as The Uno Group & Co reserves the right to terminate the Game at any time for whatsoever reason. The contest is open to any person over 18 years of age who meets the eligibility criteria. The winner must accept the awarded prize as stated above; the prize cannot be transferred or assigned. The Game is administered by Feedmee App Pty Ltd trading as The Uno Group & Co, 10 Saunders Street, East Perth WA 6004. Decisions in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of the prize are final and without appeal. The winner consents to the use of his/her name and/or age and/or address in any publicity carried out by Feedmee App Pty Ltd trading as The Uno Group & Co and/or its advertising agency without further compensation. The Game is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal law. Feedmee App Pty Ltd trading as The Uno Group & Co is not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by app users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the game or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the game; any error, omission, interruption deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries; any technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, server or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of email or problems of entrants on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, at any web site or combination thereof including injury or damage to participants on any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the monthly draws, or any late entries. If for any reason, the Game is not capable of running as planned, including infection or computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Feedmee App Pty Ltd trading as The Uno Group & Co which, in its opinion corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Game, Feedmee App Pty Ltd trading as The Uno Group & Co reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Game by publication of a notice on this website.
